The Big Fresno Fair takes home 18 awards at the Annual WFA Achievement Awards!

We’re proud to announce that The Big Fresno Fair took home 18 awards this month at the 95th Annual Western Fairs Association (WFA) Annual Achievement Awards ceremony held in Anaheim, California. Honors received by The Big Fresno Fair include:

First-Place Awards:

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Today we honor Martin Luther King, Jr., civil rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize winner. Dr. King’s legacy of peace and humanity lives on and today we celebrate his contribution to mankind. Please note that the Fresno Fairgrounds Administration Office is closed today. We will be back open on Tues, 1/16.   


National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day

In honor of today being National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, we would like to send a special “thank you” to the Fresno Police Officers who helped make the 2017 Big Fresno Fair a safe one for all of our attendees. We would also like to thank all law enforcement who risk their lives every day protecting us and the ones we love.

Hmong Cultural New Year Celebration

A full week of cultural fun and tradition begins TODAY at the Fresno Fairgrounds to celebrate Hmong Cultural New Year! Join us daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Mon, 1/1 as we celebrate with live entertainment, vendors and so much more. General entry is $5, for senior citizens, military, and disabled citizens it is $3 and children 5 yrs and under are free! Come celebrate and learn about the Hmong Culture!
