Every Tuesday until the 2019 Big Fresno Fair we will be bringing you “Tidbit Tuesday” with the scoop on our new and returning Commercial Vendors and Concessionaires located in our Commerce and Industry Buildings! Today we will be highlighting a returning vendor, Jerky Hut!

Jerky Hut sells over 40 different flavors of jerky, with eight flavors of exotic/game jerky. Stop by their booth and try their newest award-winning flavor of Prime Rib or dare to try one of their exotic jerkies like alligator! Be sure to stop by and get your Jerky Fix located outside the Livestock area all Fair long! Pint for a Pass Blood Drive – Special Launch Event Next Week!

The “Pint for a Pass” Blood Drive Special Launch Event is on Wednesday, August 14 from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fresno Fairgrounds in the Table Mountain Rancheria Park! Come out and help save a life and be entered to win concert and horse racing tickets, plus donors get free corns dogs and kettle corn (yum!).

The Big Fresno Fair and Central California Blood Center’s 10th Annual “Pint for a Pass” Blood Drive will run from Wednesday, August 14 until Sunday, September 22! Donate during this timeframe at one of the donor center locations and get a BOGO Fair admission ticket voucher, plus be entered to win concert and horse racing tickets!
