Paul from Oriental Food Concessions made his debut on the Cooking Channel’s “Carnival Eats” back in June but made his spicy Kung Pao Po’ Boy Sandwich a BIG hit at the 2019 Big Fresno Fair! Paul gave the people what they wanted, and that’s a sandwich with a kick. This sweet-n-spicy Po’ Boy was also entered into the first-ever Big Fresno Fair Food Fight in 2019.
