Anime Gaming Expo This Weekend! | February 4 – 5

Head to the Fresno Fairgrounds this weekend for the Anime Gaming Expo on Saturday, February 4 and Sunday, February 5 from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.! Here are the details:

 

  • Admission is $15 on Saturday; $10 on Sunday
  • Two-Day Weekend admission passes are $20
  • VIP admission is $50

Participate in gaming tournaments for Dragon Ball FighterZ, Tekken7, Street Fighter V and Smash Bros: Ultimate. Plus, trade card games like Pokemon, Digimon TCG and Yu-Gi-Oh! There will also be over 100 vendors and artists to shop from, and special appearances from famous voice actors, guest cosplayers and more.

Jurassic Empire RETURNS to the Fresno Fairgrounds this weekend and we have your chance to win four (4) FREE tickets! All you have to do is head to our Big Fresno Fair Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and follow the contest instructions on the post! Winner will be chosen on Friday, January 27 at noon.

Jurassic Empire happens on Saturday, January 28 and Sunday, January 29 in the Commerce Building at the Fresno Fairgrounds! Times are 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Sunday. The Spa & Hot Tub Sale happens this weekend beginning Friday, January 27 through Sunday, January 29 in the Industry Commerce Building at the Fresno Fairgrounds! Hours are 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Friday/Saturday and 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Sunday. Admission and parking are FREE!

Pegasus World Cup is This Weekend | January 28

Join us at our Satellite Wagering facility, The Starting Gate to see who will take the title during the Pegasus World Cup on Saturday, January 28! Watch and wager live via satellite with over $13.6 million in purse money! Gates open at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Here’s what you need to know before heading to The Starting Gate:

  • Admission is $6
  • No reservations required
  • Parking is FREE! Just enter on Butler Ave.
  • Food will be available on-site for purchase
  • No outside food or beverages will be allowed in.

Bring the Whole Family to Jurassic Empire This Weekend | January 28 – 29

Experience moving, breathing and walking dinosaurs at Jurassic Empire this Saturday, January 28 and Sunday, January 29 at the Fresno Fairgrounds’ Commerce Building! Bring the whole family out for a fun-filled dinosaur adventure to learn about dinosaurs from different eras, dig for fossils, enjoy fun activities and so much more! Here’s the details:

  • Saturday hours are 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Sunday hours are 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Adult admission (ages 13+) is $25
  • Child admission (ages 2 – 12) is $25
  • Child VIP admission is $28
  • Kids 2 and under are free

Circus Alegria at the Fresno Fairgrounds | January 12 – 22

The dinosaurs have arrived to Fresno! Gather your family and head on over to the Fresno Fairgrounds for Circus Alegria, beginning Thursday, January 12 through Sunday, January 22 in the Butler Parking Lot. Tickets range from $35 – $40 and can be purchased online or at their Box Office located at Mosqueda Park (Southeast Corner of Maple & Butler).
