Big (Marching) Bands. Big Sounds. Big Prizes.
Planning is underway for the 12th Annual Big Band Review to be held on Thursday, October 5 at The Big Fresno Fair in the Brian I. Tatarian Grandstand.
Junior High and High School marching bands from throughout California will compete for $15,000 in cash prizes and trophies - plus, let’s not forget bragging rights! Applications will be accepted starting in Spring 2023, so check back for details then. Only the first 25 bands who apply will get a spot to compete.
The High School Sweepstakes Band winner will receive $2,000 and the Jr. High School Sweepstakes Band winner will receive $1,500. Then 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in High School and Jr. High will get $500, $400 and $300 respectively. Additionally, the first 20 bands to register are guaranteed a minimum of $500 each in prize money just for participating and showing their school pride.
Applications for the 12th annual Big Band Review will be available in April 1, 2023.
