Meet Dalton King, a Sierra FFA student who is in the 9th grade at Sierra High School:
Dalton is very outgoing and loves to meet new people. 4-H and FFA has gave him the opportunity to do this and expand his skills in public speaking. He is passionate about agriculture and has a plan to have a career in the agriculture field. Dalton is very involved in his 4-H club and participates in many competitions and teams.
His steer this year is named Pepe! He has a lot of spice and he has had a great year showing in many shows. It took a little time to get used to each other but once they did they became fast friends. Pepe has been a great project and Dalton has cared for him and has learned a lot about growing a great fat steer. Pepe has a fun personality and is a super easy going guy which is a great balance because Dalton is a little wild so we balance out nicely. Dalton is looking forward to seeing how they do at The Big Fresno Fair.
