- All required forms must be submitted to the Fair Administration Office no later than June 1, 2026. All required fees must be paid at that time.
- Any exhibitor who participated as an independent in 2025 must have submitted a record book to the livestock office by December 31, 2025, in order to remain eligible to exhibit as an independent.

YQCA Requirements
All youth livestock program participants are now required to obtain annual certification from the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) program. This requirement is mandated by the California Department of Food & Agriculture (CDFA) and the Division of Fairs & Expositions (F&E).
