- NEW Boba King is bringing a playful lineup of refreshing drinks and island-inspired eats! Sip on Popping Lemonade with Boba or a Red Bull Infusion, then dig into SPAM Fries served right in the can; teriyaki-glazed SPAM Sliders with pineapple on KING’S HAWAIIAN Sweet Rolls; SPAM on a Stick with your choice of sauce; a hearty SPAM Lunch Plate with rice and macaroni salad; or classic Musubi.
- The K.M.I. Beef Rice Bowl from Oriental Express featuring Features savory seasoned beef served over rice, which won Silver at the California State Fair food competition!
- Extreme Food & Beverage, Inc. is serving up Tanghulu – fresh fruit skewers coated in a crisp, glass-like sugar shell for a perfectly sweet and satisfying crunch.
- Fruit Caboose Concessions is putting a frosty twist on a fall favorite with its Apple Cider Slushy Float, combining refreshing apple cider slush with creamy ice cream.
- WG Concessions is serving up Deep-Fried Cookie Dough, featuring warm, gooey cookie dough wrapped in a crispy, golden-fried coating for an indulgent Fair treat.
- Calipso Enterprises is turning up the heat with two bold creations—the Ramenesquite, a crave-worthy mashup of ramen and Mexican street corn, and the fiery, flavor-packed Flaming Cup!
- West Coast Weenies puts a sweet twist on a savory Fair favorite with its Churro Dog – available with either an all-beef hot dog or cheese, battered and fried golden, rolled in cinnamon sugar and finished with a sweet glaze.
- Joe Mestmaker Enterprises brings the heat with Deep-Fried Hot Pickles – spicy, tangy pickle slices coated in a crispy, golden-fried batter.
- MKM LLC is bringing back its Cotton Candy Burrito with a new twist – a colorful creation featuring ice cream topped with Fruity Pebbles cereal, wrapped in layers of fluffy cotton candy, rolled burrito-style and sliced in half.
- Space Age Food Concessions, Inc. proves everything is better on a stick with its Chile Relleno on a Stick – a fun, handheld take on the traditional favorite.
- The Sweet Potato returns! Fans rejoice as Corn Stars is bringing this Fair favorite back to the menu, plus introducing six new potato topping options.
- JLQ Concessions is serving up Fresas y Mango con Crema, Sandía Pizza and Pineapple Kool-Aid – plus a top-secret Flan creation that blurs the line between drink and dessert!
- The king of deep-fried creations – the one and only Chicken Charlie’s – is back with three bold new bites: the Chicken Shawarma Cone, piled high with marinated chicken, crispy fries and flavorful toppings; Fried Mangonada, featuring golden-fried mango with chamoy and Tajín; and the savory Garlic Parmesan Fry Cone.
- RM Concessions is rolling into the Fair with two bold new bites – the fiery Flamin’ Hot Cheeto Balls and the can’t-miss Yum Yum Balls.
- Luis & Lola Concessions is doubling down on dessert with two bite-sized indulgences: rich Nutella Bites and crave-worthy Oreo Bites.
- Chilaquiles at the Fair? Yes, please! JLQ Concessions is expanding its menu with this traditional Mexican favorite, now available at the Fair.
- Gluten-free Fairgoers, rejoice! Duggans Concessions is adding a Gluten-Free Corn Dog to the menu, bringing this classic Fair favorite to even more fans.
- Munch-A-Bunch puts a fresh twist on a classic with Peanut Butter and Jelly Bread, with both flavors baked right in.
