Enjoy live satellite wagering 4 days a week, 52 weeks a year! Catch America's best tracks and hottest races all year long at our two satellite wagering facilities, The Starting Gate at the Fresno Fairgrounds and Polo Lounge at Club One Casino in Downtown Fresno.

  • Price is $5 for entry.
  • Make reservations beginning Wednesday, September 23.
  • Reservations are required; reservations must be made in person and paid for at the time they are made.
  • 115 person capacity; 1 guest per table ONLY!
  • If all tables are reserved, you can still place your bets then leave.
  • A food truck will be available on-site to offer food and beverage.

• IMPORTANT NOTICES •

The following health and safety procedures are mandated by the Fresno County Department of Public Health. All procedures must be followed by all patrons while on the Fresno Fairgrounds. Any violation of these procedures could result in removal from the facility.

These protocols are in place to protect you and our employees. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

  • Masks are required for everyone and must be on at all time while at Grandstand.
  • Temperatures will be checked upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be allowed into the facility.
  • Seating is limited and will be allowed on a first come first serve bases. All seating is one person per table. There will be no saving or reserving seats.
  • One patron per self-serve terminal at a time.
  • To make sure social distancing is being followed, patrons must stand on the markers on the ground for line queuing.
  • There will be no smoking allowed.
  • Restrooms will have every other stall, urinal, sink and towel dispenser available.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at all teller windows, self-betting machines and throughout the building for patrons.
  • No food or beverages will be available for purchase.
  • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Please do your part and follow these health precautions:

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Practice good respiratory etiquette, including covering coughs and sneezes.
  • Stay home if you are feeling sick.
  • Observe proper hand washing procedures before returning to work stations.Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.When soap and running water are unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand rub with at least 70% alcohol.Always wash hands that are visibly soiled.

ALL PATRONS AND EMPLOYEES MUST FOLLOW HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS OR RISK EJECTION!



Live Horse Racing – October Race Meet





2020 Race Dates - UPDATE
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to host fans at live horse racing – as such, we made the difficult business decision to have our race dates ran at Golden Gate Fields this year. Dates will be October 9 – 11 and 16 – 18! The good news is you can watch and wager online OR at our Satellite Wagering facility! Continue to support this sport of kings and we will see you all back at the track for live racing excitement in 2021!
