Meet Kaitlyn Batrich, a Clovis FFA student who is a Senior at Clovis High School:
Kaitlyn started 4-H in
5th grade where she showed 3 market lambs, then transitioned to FFA her Junior
year and now is showing and raising her fifth market lamb. This program is
important to her because she has grown up around livestock and has become very
passionate about the Agriculture Industry and wants to continue to learn more through
her SAE market lamb project.
This year, Kaitlyn is raising a wether market lamb named Wallen. She has put in many hours feeding, practicing showmanship, and caring for Wallen. Kaitlyn and Wallen took first place in Clovis FFA’s Fall Classic advanced showmanship and have worked very hard in order to prepare for the fair. This is Kaitlyn’s last year showing and has dedicated majority of her time to care for Wallen and prepare for the Big Fresno Fair.
