Slow cookers are heating up once again as the fan-favorite Crocktober Contest returns to the Fair, inviting Fresno County residents to put their slow-cooking skills to the test. Competitors can enter fully prepared dishes in Main Dish, Soups & Stews, Chili and Any Other Dish categories. Entries will be accepted Saturday, October 10 from 10 a.m. – 10:45 a.m., with judging beginning at 11 a.m.
