FAIR-Time GUIDELINES, policies & CODE OF CONDUCT

It is the mission of The Big Fresno Fair to celebrate, educate and, most importantly, have fun. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all Fair guests, the following guidelines, policies and code of conduct are in place.


entrance guidelines

  • The Big Fresno Fair is an active filming/photography site 24-hours per day. Entry onto the premises constitutes permission for the 21st DAA and its partners to use the image and/or likeness of any person on-site for promotional and advertising purposes.
  • All guests and vendors assume the risks inherent to the event.
  • Big Fresno Fair staff reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals for violations of any policy, rule, or law.
  • All guests and vendors are required to complete a security screening upon entry, which includes bag checks and metal detection.

NEW CLEAR BAG POLICY

  • Bags must be clear and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” OR non-clear small clutch or fanny pack that does not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” x 2”.
  • Diaper bags and medical equipment bags are allowed but subject to inspection prior to entry.

Fair Management may refuse entry to guests wearing attire which could create a distraction and/or who are not properly attired. All clothing must be family friendly. Guests are required to wear footwear and shirts at all times. Prohibited attire includes:
  • Clothing displaying offensive messages/language
  • Full decorative masks
  • Transparent clothing
  • Clothing that exposes inappropriate portions of the body
  • Clothing that identifies the wearer as part of a gang

Code of Conduct

In an effort to improve the Fair experience for patrons, the Fair has developed a Code of Conduct including 10 common-sense guidelines intended to foster a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Any violation of the following common-sense guidelines could result in ejection or arrest at The Big Fresno Fair.
