2026 Livin' Local Marketplace Application

Please fill out the form below completely and accurately.

Applicants will be notified throughout the month of May if they had been selected to participate in the 2026 Livin' Local Marketplace.

Livin' Local Marketplace Rules

CALIFORNIA SELLER'S PERMIT

All vendors participating in the marketplace must have a California Seller's Permit.

If you do not have a California Sellers Permit, you can apply for one online through the Franchise Tax Board.

COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION PERMIT

*You must have a Cottage Kitchen Certificate if you are a farm to table or food vendor.

**You should also note if you are a farm to table or food vendor you will need to obtain a Health Department Certificate in order to participate and sell your goods in the marketplace. You will not need to get this until you have been notified that you have been selected. Farm to Table/Food vendors are required to name the 21st District Agricultural Association on their insurance.

Product Details

Please list in detail a complete list of all products you are hoping to sell and attach no more than 5 photos. These photos will be used when your application is being juried. Photos may be used in promotions.

** All items must be handmade or repurposed goods**

2026 Participation Costs

For Non-Food Makers (art, crafts, handmade goods not for consumption):

$700 + 10% of gross sales

$400 deposit due upon acceptance

Remaining $300 + commission deducted from final settlement

Volunteer Requirement

To ensure a fully staffed and engaging guest experience, each participating company is required to complete one 8-hour volunteer shift within the Marketplace. This may include stocking products, helping with store operations, or interacting with visitors.

For Items Intended for Consumption (prepackaged, shelf-stable foods):

$600 + 10% of gross sales

$300 deposit due upon acceptance

Remaining $300 + commission deducted from final settlement

Volunteer Requirement

To ensure a fully staffed and engaging guest experience, each participating company is required to complete one 8-hour volunteer shift within the Marketplace. This may include stocking products, helping with store operations, or interacting with visitors.

Each Application will be juried. It is imperative that you fill out your application completely. Any incomplete applications may not be considered.
