Meet Arellis Estrella, a Reedley FFA student who is a Senior at Reedley High School.
“I got involved in FFA because I wanted to gain more knowledge and experience related to my future career. I saw it as an opportunity to learn new skills, explore the agriculture industry, and better prepare myself for the path I hoped to pursue. As I became more involved, FFA grew into much more than just a way to expand my career knowledge. It became one of the most meaningful parts of my life, helping shape the person I am today. Through the organization, I developed strong leadership and communication skills, built lifelong friendships, and gained confidence in myself. Every experience challenged me to grow both personally and professionally, and each opportunity taught me valuable lessons that I will carry with me long after high school. I have truly cherished my time in FFA, and I will always be grateful for the memories, experiences, and opportunities it has given me.
This year, I will be showing two sheep: Java Chip and
Vanilla Bean. Java Chip is a wether that I will be exhibiting in the market
class, while Vanilla Bean is a ewe that I will be showing in the breeding
class.”
