Meet Natalie Macias, a Reedley FFA student who is a junior at Reedley High School:
"The reason why I joined FFA is to get hands-on experience with work with animals and get the confidence to get more out there. FFA is a big part of my life and my future. I feel like FFA will have a strong impact on what I do towards working on my goals. As I’m in FFA right now I got to meet a whole bunch of amazing people that are a part of my life now I am grateful for each and one of them that I got to meet this year and throughout my FFA year. So this year will be my second year, showing a markets lamb. Unfortunately, my other two projects did not make it into fair but that’s ok because this year I am coming back strong then very.
This year I will be showing a market lamb. The name that
I chose for my lamb is Baaanita. I enjoy working with her every day. She is
super fluffy, but she will be shared for fairs and she has a very cute and
fluffy face. Bonita is currently 6 months right now, but as fair comes, she
will be 9 months. I can’t wait for show day with her. I am glad that I get to
get experience with showmanship with her.”
