Meet Taylin Flores, a American Union 4-H exhibitor from Washington Colony!
4-H and the Fresno Fair have been an important part of Taylin’s life since she was very young. She has always had a deep love for animals, and 4-H gave her the opportunity to develop that passion into valuable skills and experiences. Through her involvement, Taylin has learned the importance of patience, responsibility, dedication, and perseverance while caring for and working with her animals. The friendships she has built and the experiences she has gained through 4-H have shaped her character, strengthened her confidence, and helped make her the person she is today.
Taylin has an exciting year ahead as she raises and
exhibits her two market hogs, Gilbert and Tobi, and her pygmy goats, Dixie and
Kona. She is also taking on a new challenge by showing a turkey for the first
time and entering breeding hens.
